Android TV is a version of the Android operating system, driven by Google development team/forum and designed for digital media players, set-top boxes, soundbars, and TVs. Post its announcement in June 2014, this solution has been widely accepted due to its modular approach and support of OTT application over IP in addition to other mediums.
Our team (partner company) has been associated with Google since 2009 for development of Android TV stack (Google TV, before 2014). With the core engineering expertise, we have developed all adaptation layers (HW, CA, applications) and has worked with most of the known chipset vendors, CA/DRM providers and manufacturers. Since its first full Hybrid Android TV deployment in 2015, the team has been known as the best system integrator for Android TV solution in STB and OTT space.
In addition to system integrator expertise, our partner company also have IPs for most of the components like DVB/ATSC broadcast stack, operator tier launcher application, ABR Media Player, TV browser, TR069 and other components used by various operators/partners.
